Crochet Dutch Envelope Turban Pattern

Good News: This pattern contains directions to crochet the hat pictured. The official write-up : "Off the head it looks like an envelope with ins contrasting ribbon lacing, -- on it accents fair brows. Wear it for coll feather weight comfort". The pattern is vintage 1939 from The Spool Cotton Company. With a bit of a dutch look, it closes around the head like a turban and ties at the nape of the neck. An interesting style with a lot of potential.
